Shipping policy

General Shipment & Delivery Updates, November 2023:

We are continuously reviewing our shipping and delivery capabilities for across all of Canada. However, due to the ongoing global supply chain and shipment challenges, we are sometimes limited in either timing or capability to ship a particular product to particularly difficult regions. Rest assured that each and every order is manually reviewed by our team before the sale is completed, and, should we expect any difficulties with a shipment, we will contact you directly to discuss the options.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work with our partner network to navigate these particularly challenging supply chain periods.

Delivery & Shipment Costs:

Large items incur a flat shipping rate ($199.99) Canada-wide - the current rates are visible during the checkout process . Please note that currently, some products are not available to ship to all regions - if you cannot complete the shipping process online, please contact us for further assistance.

Important Note for Large Shipments:
Items in this shipping category are more than likely to ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. This means someone must be present at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery day to receive the item. Additionally, you will need a way to offload the product. This could be a forklift or other equipment, or sufficient manpower (e.g., multiple people) to safely handle the offloading process. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth delivery.

For medium items, such as HRV's, Tankless Water Heaters, or AC Coils, these incur a flat shipping rate ($99.99) Canada-wide - the current rates are visible during the checkout process.

For small items, such as controllers or thermostats, have a flat shipping rate ($19.99) Canada-wide - the current rates are visible during the checkout process.

We make every effort to ship all items as ordered online, but there may be instances where this is not possible due to inventory or shipping-related challenges. If we foresee any issues with your placed order, we will contact you directly to discuss a way forward.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Cancelling Orders
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website,  please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped. So contact us by email within 24 hours since placing orders.

 

Canadian HVAC. reserves the right to adjust or increase shipping prices. We do our best to ensure the shipping quote as provided during the initial checkout process is correct, but there may be instances where this is not correctly calculated by the system. If this is the case, we reserve the right to increase the shipping costs and notify you, the purchaser, of the increased shipping costs. The customer will be provided with the option to then cancel the order without any incurred costs if they do not want to proceed.

Shipment Times:

We aim to have your product delivered to the nearest pickup depot, post office, or your doorstep where possible within 8 business days; please note delivery time frames can vary, depending on shipment distances and regional delivery challenges. These times are our intentions, and we will do our best to deliver as soon as we can, but in some circumstances delays may be encountered. We keep you up to date on expected delivery times throughout the entire process.

If you have not received your product within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery indicated on the provided invoice, you can opt to cancel your order and receive a full refund of your purchase and shipping costs.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 07:30 & 19:30 local time. Especially for larger items, deliveries will often by default be made to a local pick-up point or depot. If you are unsure if we can deliver directly to your doorstep or to a local pick-up point, post office, or shipping depot, please give us a call Monday through Friday.
